In a tough economy, companies need to keep a few things in mind to say ahead of the game.

- Strengthen current client/customer relationships. Your current database should always be a concern, but be sure to let your clients/customers know that they can count on you to provide the same product and service they have come to expect.
- Rely on what you know. Stick to what you know for quality and service. It is time-consuming and costly to seek out new options and a change might yield less than expected results.
- Keep moving forward. No matter what, keep moving forward because in reality, we are all in this together.
